Returns & Refunds

We do not accept RETURN & CHANGE for personalized products because all our personalized products are made to order (size, color, design,...) unless there is an error caused by us.

If you have any problems with your order (damaged, wrong items...), please take the photos of the product you received and message us. we are happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order.

We accept RETURN & CHANGE for TPE and PU yoga mats.

This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. Please make sure to reach out to merchant support within 30 days of product delivery. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition. If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes. There is no need to send any flawed or damaged products back to us.

CANCELATIONS

You’re free to cancel an order anytime before items have been created. If a cancelation is requested after an item has been made, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancelation is possible.
